Mumm Napa Brut Prestige

Tattinger Brut Rose

The intense and brilliant body is bright pink in colour.The bubbles are fine, and the mousse persistent.The full nose, wonderfully expressive, is both fresh and young. It gives off aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant). On the palate, this wine strikes a fine balance of a velvet texture and full body taste. The flavours are reminiscent of fresh, crisp red fruits. The palate can be summed up in four words: lively, fruity, fresh and elegant, as only a rosé blend can be.

Tattinger Brut Champagne

3The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. it also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod.

Bollinger Brut Special Cuvee

A golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavors of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.

Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rose

The Mirabelle Rosé has generous aromas of strawberry, raspberry, kumquat and rhubarb. Notes of apricot, red plum, shortbread and cinnamon delicately join the bursting flavors of red apple and watermelon on the palate. Juicy on entry, this Rosés bright acidity leads to a long, lingering finish.

Cade Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of orange blossom, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, lime, yellow apple, and stone fruits. On the palate are notes of tangerine, white peach, lychee, citrus, banana, lemon zest, and grapefruit. The wine has a vibrant acidity, minerality, and a touch of creaminess on the finish. By fermenting the wine in stainless steel, French oak, and concrete, we are building layers of complexity in the wine. The barrel fermentations add texture, density, and viscosity to the midpalate of the wine. The concrete adds a touch of flint and minerality to the finish as well as adding some mid-palate richness. The stainless steel fermentations preserve the natural Sauvignon Blanc aromatics and the vibrant acidity and crispness.

Lucas & Lewellen Cabernet

From Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec varieties, all grown on our estate vineyards, we carefully blend a core of Cabernet Sauvignon with small percentages of the other varieties. The result is a distinctive and refined wine with layers of blackberry and fig jam notes with silky tannins and a long finish.

Silver Oak Cabernet Alexander

Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby in color with a magenta rim. It has an enticing nose of cassis, blackberry, vanilla, sage and spearmint. Upon entry, this wine builds from potpourri and bramble to a bright pop of raspberry on the mid-palate. A juicy finish with chewy tannins and a medium length, it will provide drinking pleasure through 2042 with proper cellaring.

Caymus Vineyards Cabernet

Caymus has a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe, velvety tannins – as approachable in youth as in maturity. We farm Cabernet grapes in eight of Napa’s 16 sub-appellations, with diversification enabling us to make the best possible wine in a given year. Southern Right Pinotage

Soft dustings of baking spice and cocoa powder ride atop the red cherry and berry core on the nose of this attractive wine. Lucky Vines 2018 Cabernet

Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 has a beautiful floral nose with notes of plum. It is fruity but also very deep in character. Our Cabernet has moderate tannin and a very smooth and memorable finish. It was harvested from some friends of ours out at Y Knot Vineyards in Seagraves, TX located in the Texas High Plains. There is zero residual sugars in this Cabernet!

Cellier Des Princes Côtes Du Rhône Grande Réserve

This wine is a blend of three classic grape varieties from the Chateauneuf du Pape area: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Grenache brings strengh, fatness and softness. Syrah brings the structure, the spices with aromas of violets and a deep ruby colour. Mourvèdre brings tannins and body. The oak treatment adds complexity, toasted notes of vanilla, grilled spices to the fruit driven base. This Grande Réserve Côtes du Rhône has a solid structure, good concentration, and ripe fruit. It is well balanced and shows a lot of elegance and finesse.
